AI Content Policy & Reports

Scope and consent

This policy covers uploaded photos, outfit materials, generation requests and outputs, and forms part of the Terms of Service. You must hold the necessary material rights and obtain explicit permission from identifiable people for AI processing, appearance changes and your intended use. This service is for users aged 18 or older. Upload only photos of consenting adults aged 18 or older.

Prohibited content and uses

• Sexual and NSFW content: nudity, pornography, sexual acts, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, and using outfit changes to undress or sexualize a person.
• Child safety: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, child nudity, grooming, exploitation or other child endangerment. Do not upload or generate person materials involving minors.
• Violence and gore: real or realistic extreme gore, dismemberment, torture, abuse, violent threats, terrorism promotion or encouragement of injury or self-harm.
• Hate and harassment: hateful, discriminatory or dehumanizing content, threats and targeted harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Impersonation and harmful deepfakes: unauthorized use of another person's likeness, impersonation, fabricated endorsements or events, fraud, defamation, political manipulation or presenting synthetic videos as authentic records. Authorized creative outfit changes must not be used to mislead viewers.
• Rights and privacy violations: infringement of copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights; disclosure of sensitive personal information; stolen assets; bypassing watermarks or access restrictions.
• Other unlawful uses and abuse: illegal transactions, malware, evasion of safety checks, repeated submission of rejected content or automated abuse.

AI disclosure and output use

Outputs are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts or differences from examples. Clearly identify published outputs as AI-generated or synthetic and do not present them as unmodified real footage. You remain responsible for permissions, factual claims and publishing-platform requirements. Payment or generation does not guarantee intellectual property rights or exclusivity in third-party materials.

Current models and provider

The currently available fan outfit template uses Kling 4.0 for video and Nano Banana Pro for scene and keyframe images, processed through Kie APIs. Video clips are then combined and encoded. Unreleased templates do not accept generation orders. This disclosure does not imply that every preview video was created with this workflow. Additional models will be disclosed on the relevant generation page when introduced.

Reporting

Users, rights holders and other affected people can report concerns using the email below without an account. Signed-in users may also submit a support ticket in their account. Include the relevant URL or order/job ID, violation category, explanation and evidence of consent or rights where applicable. Do not resend unlawful images, especially suspected CSAM; provide locating information instead.

Review and enforcement

The service currently has no public user gallery and does not promise human review before every generation. Upstream providers may reject requests under their safety restrictions; this does not mean that all prohibited content is detected automatically. We conduct human review in response to reports, provider feedback and identified abuse, accessing related jobs, materials and records only as necessary for handling the issue.

We may request further information and temporarily suspend relevant jobs or access according to risk. Confirmed violations may result in rejected generation, removal or deletion of content, account suspension or termination, and cooperation with authorities where legally justified. Credit and refund handling is determined separately under the Refund Policy and applicable law; a report does not automatically forfeit an entire balance. Serious child-safety or personal-safety risks receive priority. We may be unable to disclose all details to protect affected people or an investigation.

Appeals

If you believe an action is mistaken, use the same email or support-ticket channel and include the job ID, enforcement notice and reasons for appeal. We will review the appeal manually and explain the outcome to the extent it is safe to disclose. Do not bypass restrictions by creating new accounts or resubmitting altered materials.
